Custom, personalized, bespoke, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from the specifications confirmed with the customer. Additional production time may apply to custom or made-to-order products. 5. Orders

After receiving your order, we may send an order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered production, particularly for custom-sized, personalized, bespoke, or made-to-order products. 8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 5–8 business days. After processing: • Delivery is generally estimated at 4–7 business days. Estimated total delivery: 9–15 business days from order placement. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. 9. International Orders, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Custom-sized, personalized, bespoke, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from the confirmed specifications.
